What your day could look like
- Bringing campaigns to life: You’ll own the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across radio, magazines, newspapers, TV, rural mail drops and more. This includes coordinating with media partners on bookings, schedules, approvals and go-live dates, managing print schedules, and making sure creative is supplied correctly. You’ll work closely with the NZ marketing regional manager and sales teams to understand what’s relevant regionally and what will genuinely resonate with farmers, adapting where needed based on feedback.
- Telling compelling stories of Halter farmers: You’ll tell real farmer stories - why they chose Halter, how they use it day to day, and the value it brings to their farm. You’ll get close to the detail, writing clear, engaging copy and putting together the occasional video or creative brief to bring these stories to life. Working closely with farmers, sales, marketing and creative partners, you’ll keep everything honest, practical, and grounded in real outcomes so other farmers can see themselves in the story.
- Coordinating the creation of campaign materials and assets: You’ll manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of campaign assets including flyers, posters, radio spots, video, and merchandise. You’ll help shape the creative approach, write or contribute to creative briefs and messaging, and work closely with internal creative teams and external partners such as agencies, printers, merch suppliers, video editors, media partners, and Halter farmers to bring it all together. You’ll own timelines, approvals, and delivery, making sure everything lands as intended.
- Keeping campaigns on brand, on budget, on brief, and on time: You’ll be the steady hand that keeps campaigns running smoothly from start to finish. This means making sure activity stays true to Halter’s tone and messaging, budgets are managed responsibly, and timelines are met. You’ll spot risks early, keep communication clear, and make practical decisions to keep things moving. When trade-offs are needed, you’ll use good judgement to balance quality, cost, and impact, making sure we deliver campaigns we’re proud of and that work in the real world.
- Developing fresh campaign ideas: You’ll think carefully about channel choice and how campaigns come together, developing ideas that feel genuinely engaging rather than more noise. You’ll look for ways to cut through what farmers already see and get, using smart execution and clear thinking to make Halter stand out. By staying close to what’s happening on farm and in market, you’ll help shape campaign ideas and briefs that are practical, distinctive, and worth a farmer’s attention.
- Tracking outputs and results: You’ll make sure our campaigns are set up to learn from, not just report on. That means thinking upfront about how success will be measured, keeping a close eye on how campaigns are performing once they’re live, and feeding insights back quickly. You’ll help us understand what’s working and delivering ROI, what’s not, and why, so we can iterate fast, improve execution, and keep raising the bar on what we put into market.

What We Do
We bridge deep tech into farming and ranching. Halter enables farmers and ranchers to remotely shift, virtually fence and proactively monitor their cows’ health and behavior. Can you imagine watching 500 cows or cattle walk calmly towards the milking shed or their next break? No quad bikes, no dogs, no fences. Just a herd of cows walking at their own pace. People say it looks like magic. Our customers are revolutionizing farming and ranching with Halter. It's changing lives and transforming an industry.
