Job Description
CodaMetrix is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing team is responsible for developing and implementing programs that generate demand and enhance brand identity. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Manager, Marketing and focus on external campaigns.

Core Responsibilities
- Create and post digital media content across owned and paid social media channels to drive demand generation, grow channel engagement and market awareness.
- Prepare, schedule and publish social media post copy on various social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Track social media analytics and conduct monthly reporting to educate leaders on impact of campaigns.
- Plan and organize logistics for industry events, including trade shows, webinars, and sponsorship activities.
- Conduct research on potential events and sponsorship opportunities to educate decision makers on prioritizing upcoming event attendance.
- Create promotional materials and content for events and sponsorships.
- Manage communication with event participants, sponsors, and partners.
- Register attendees, manage attendee lists, provide resources, and address attendees questions before, during and after onsite conferences.
- Track event budgets and expenses.
- Analyze competitor events and sponsorships to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Liaise with the in-house graphic designer and an external marketing agency to coordinate and execute creative project deliverables.
- Review, provide feedback and approve all creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and timelines.
- Facilitate smooth communication between teams to meet project goals efficiently.
- Leverage marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo for campaign execution, lead generation, and data management.
- Clean, de-dupe, and enrich pre and post event lead lists for Marketing Campaigns in support of Sales Team outreach.
- Collaborate with Manager, Marketing in implementing an automated Nurture strategy.
- Responsible for day to day data management tasks in the existing CRM and Hubspot such as tagging target contacts and accounts as well as setting up Workflows.
- Draft, send and track marketing emails.
- Develop and maintain marketing content and messaging including sales presentations, collateral, and webinars.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing software.

Beneficial Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles (internships included).
- Familiarity with marketing tools (i.e. HubSpot, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
- Experience with advanced AI technology in healthcare, specifically in autonomous medical coding.
Location
Boston, MA with the ability to work remotely 2-3x per week.
