About the role
The Demand Generation Marketing Associate will play a critical support role within the Demand Generation team, helping to execute campaigns that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and grow pipeline. This role will also take ownership of Crunchtime’s webinar program, ensuring seamless planning, promotion, and execution of webinars as a key part of the demand generation strategy. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing and lead generation.
What you’ll do as a Demand Generation Associate
- Support the Demand Generation team in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, events, etc.) to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Own the end-to-end management of the company’s webinar program, including calendar coordination, promotion, registration management, and post-webinar follow-up.
- Assist with reporting and analysis of campaign performance, including tracking key metrics like lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Partner closely with the demand generation team and sales managers to ensure accurate marketing lead flow to the sales team.
- Provide general support to the demand generation team with project management and cross-functional communication across initiatives like Account Based Marketing (ABM), events, international growth and paid media growth.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably with exposure to demand generation, digital marketing, or webinar programs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in managing logistics and execution of webinars and other marketing campaigns.
- Basic understanding of marketing tactics such as email marketing, SEO, paid media, and webinars.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of executing successful demand-generation campaigns.
