  • Work with Finance partners & channel leadership to scale, lead and optimize investments, focusing on acquiring new customers while achieving efficiency (LTV and ROAS) goals.
  • Build, monitor, and own paid media important metric reporting on actual, budgeted and forecasted spend and return projections on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Use paid investment measurement and analysis to advise decision-making and results. Apply measurement and attribution modeling (MMM, MTA, UMM) to gain insights into efficiency of digital marketing.
  • Lead S&P measurement reporting requests from partners as well as weekly and monthly inputs into senior leadership measurement mechanisms.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation with new growth tactics, technologies, and channels.

  • Highly collaborative and able to build cross functional partnerships with data, creative, brand and site merchandising teams.
  • Digital marketing authority, specific to emerging consumer and media trends.
