Wayfair Canada (WFCA) - Influencer and Affiliate Marketing is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and adaptable Associate to join our Growth Marketing team to lead Influencer and Affiliate marketing. The Influencer and Affiliates associate will play an integral role in establishing WFCA’s strategy for these channels, with the opportunity to expand oversight and ownership as the programs scale. This is an ideal role for candidates who are looking to join a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, driving forward the vision for under-penetrated marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for influencer and social media marketing.
Wayfair Influencer Marketing Program, working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing and creative, but also cultivating strong external relationships. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing strategies. This role involves identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Wayfair Brand Management - This role serves as a key expert on consumer behavior and macro trends, providing insights that help develop, strengthen, and grow the Wayfair brand while driving trial, preference, and long-term loyalty with our target audience. The individual will conduct research on customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to support the go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment with key brand objectives. Key responsibilities include partnering with the Customer Insights team to monitor brand health, leveraging syndicated data platforms to analyze consumer behaviors and preferences, and supporting ad-hoc research to inform brand and campaign decisions.
What You’ll Need:
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional transferrable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

- Strong verbal and written skills including distilling data into compelling, insight-led presentations
- Superb project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects at once

- A deep understanding of and curiosity about consumer behavior and trends
- Collaborative attitude that thrives as part of a team
- High attention to detail and proven ability to consider multiple priorities simultaneously
- An ownership mindset with the ability to streamline processes and thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a “get stuff done” attitude
- Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement and learning, working through ambiguity in an evolving organization
An Important Note about Wayfair's In-Office Policy:
All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
