Job Responsibilities
- Conduct partner and guest outreach while managing ongoing interactions
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners and guests to ensure seamless collaboration
- Strictly adhere to timelines to keep multiple events planned and on schedule
- Understand topic selection and its impact on audience engagement and sales conversion
- Create compelling content for social media posts and email campaigns
- Coordinate closely with internal support teams
- Regularly review processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
- Research emerging trends and apply insights to enhance audience engagement
- Collaborate with industry specialists to optimize conversion rates
- Work in EST time zone when required for event/podcast recordings, social media promotions, and guest outreach
- Attend progress review meetings with the CEO and/or department head
- Take full ownership and accountability for the events and podcasts you manage
Expected Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 to 2 years in marketing.
- Good understanding of social media and email tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently
- Basic skills in Canva, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience in events or podcast marketing.
- Experience with simple email tools like ConvertKit or Mailchimp.
- Basic design experience in Canva.
- Experience working with partners or external contacts.
