About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Associate, Investor Development to support the execution of marketing initiatives that promote Morningstar DBRS’s research, thought leadership, brand and credit expertise to institutional investors across Europe and APAC.
Working closely with the Marketing Strategy and Investor Development teams, this role helps strengthen investor engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, research distribution, events and targeted communications.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and eager to develop a career in financial services marketing, with strong communication skills, excellent project coordination abilities and an interest in capital markets and institutional investors.
Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Marketing Execution
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital channels, webinars and events.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, marketing assets and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Thought Leadership & Investor Communications
- Support the distribution of Morningstar DBRS research, newsletters and thought leadership content to targeted investor audiences.
- Assist in developing presentations, marketing materials, email communications and event collateral.
- Work with analytical and marketing teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
- Help maintain content libraries and marketing resources.
Events & Investor Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of webinars, hosted events, roundtables and industry events.
- Coordinate invitations, attendee communications and post-event follow-up activities.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, agendas, meeting materials and event logistics.
- Support Investor Development Managers with marketing materials and communications for client engagement activities.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Maintain audience lists and CRM data to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Prepare campaign reports and assist with tracking marketing performance and engagement metrics.
- Support audience segmentation and data management activities.
- Assist with maintaining marketing documentation, campaign records and reporting dashboards.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing Strategy, Investor Development, Business development, Events and analytical teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing projects progress efficiently.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign execution, marketing processes and team effectiveness.
- Provide general marketing support across Investor Development initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, business development or a related role; financial services experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Interest in financial markets, supported by strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Bloomberg, Ipreo, Markit or similar data platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Bonus Target:
5% AnnualWe expect the compensation and target bonus for this role to fall within the stated range. The specific compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
