About Flagright:
Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast growing startups. Flagright enables real-time risk detection, automated investigations, and intelligent decisioning, helping compliance teams operate at their full potential in the fight against financial crime.
We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership.
Role overview:
Our Marketing team drives our brand presence across target markets. From customer engagements to integrated campaigns, they champion Flagright’s story, drive pipeline acceleration, and help customers discover our value through strategic, impactful programs.
We are hiring a Marketing Associate Intern to support the operating system behind Flagright’s global marketing engine. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and the broader GTM team to help campaigns, events, data workflows, and marketing logistics run smoothly. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys structure, detail, and fast-moving environments.
You will support campaign setup, tracking links, lead list management, CRM hygiene, event preparation, vendor coordination, shipment logistics, and post-event follow-up workflows. Over time, you will help document repeatable processes and improve how the marketing team operates at scale.
This role is suited for someone who wants practical exposure to B2B SaaS marketing, global GTM execution, events, and marketing operations inside a lean, high-ownership team.
People who thrive at Flagright:
Have been knocked down before and gotten back up
Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available
Have strong opinions and can defend them
Learn fast because they're hungry
Want to work with no-BS people building something important
People who struggle here:
Need extensive hand-holding
View high expectations as “unreasonable”
Actually prioritize work-life balance
Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection
Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities
Key responsibilities:
Support campaign execution across marketing programs, including setup, QA, tracking links, asset preparation, and internal coordination.
Prepare campaign materials, tracking links, UTM links, landing page checks, asset folders, and internal launch checklists
Support event planning and execution, including vendor coordination, logistics, inventory, shipments, booth materials, attendee coordination, and on-ground support
Manage event lead workflows, including list cleanup, enrichment checks, CRM uploads, lead source tagging, and coordination with Sales for follow-up
Conduct regular data hygiene checks across marketing systems and flag inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing information.
Support the Head of Marketing with priority initiative tracking, action item follow-ups, campaign calendars, and execution coordination
Document recurring workflows and help improve operational processes as the marketing function scales
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and external vendors to ensure campaigns and events are executed on time and to a high standard
Who we are looking for:
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments
Strong interest in marketing operations, events, and go-to-market execution within a B2B SaaS context
Proactive and reliable, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through on execution
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams and external vendors
Able to manage multiple tasks at once, especially in event preparation and campaign coordination
Practical problem-solver with a willingness to learn, adapt, and improve processes over time
High attention to detail, especially when handling data, logistics, and campaign setup
Able to support on-the-ground events as needed
Final year student or recent graduate, available to commit for a minimum of 6 months

What we offer:
Product with clear, real-world differentiation
High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement

What We Do
Flagright sets the modern standard for AI-native transaction monitoring. The platform enables financial institutions to centralize detection, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activity, streamlining regulatory workflows and strengthening financial crime controls. A high-performance, no-code scenario builder with sub-second API response times powers real-time monitoring, supported by tailored rules, dynamic risk profiling, and simulation tools that reduce false positives and improve decision accuracy. This transaction monitoring foundation is enhanced by fully integrated AML screening that links each transaction and entity to global sanctions and watchlists; dynamic risk scoring that embeds behavioural and contextual risk directly into detection logic; and centralized case management that automates alert triage, investigation workflows, and SAR filing, maintaining audit-readiness across jurisdictions. Flagright’s AI Forensics suite strengthens compliance operations across four critical areas: screening (reduces false positives in AML checks), monitoring (augments alert investigation capabilities), quality assurance (accelerates QA processes), and governance (simplifies policy management and regulatory compliance). Financial institutions moving from fragmented tools to Flagright report a 93% reduction in false positives, 80% lower compliance costs, and a 27% drop in operational errors, with implementation typically completed within weeks. With customers across six continents and offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Germany, Flagright delivers a transaction monitoring solution that scales with growth and adapts to evolving threats.
