Title and Summary
Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development
This is a Business Development role within Mastercard Services. As part of the team, you will be responsible for driving new revenue streams and growing existing strategic accounts within AP. The position will be based in Singapore and will require occasional travel within AP.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own end-to-end sales efforts including pipeline generation, opportunity shaping, conversion and contract signing.• Partner with account teams to understand client needs and drive client discussions and pitches.• Collaborate within Mastercard to structure and build new revenue streams• Use Mastercard Services to differentiate and expand Mastercard business with customers, including new product, new services, new partners, etc.• Leading key regional and local strategic initiatives to grow the Services P&L• Bring in new thought leadership and innovation to establish Mastercard Services brand across key customer stakeholders• Oversee project delivery through to successful completion while building strong client relationships• Achieve sales targets responsibly and ethically, and with customer needs in mind• Build and inculcate relationships to become a trusted advisor to Senior/Executive level clients
All About You
• 8-10 years in consultative sales and managing senior client stakeholders.• Strong proven track record in driving and exceeding revenue targets• Ability to develop compelling sales narratives in influencing sales closure.• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills• MBA preferred but not required.• Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm• Confident client communicator with demonstrated ability to build relationships with both mid and executive level clients• Structured, pragmatic and comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environment with problem solving skills• High level of self-motivation with a hunting-attitude• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills• Language requirement: proficient English is a must.
