The Role
This Marketing Associate supports our Comms & Endoscopy sales divisions. In this role, you’ll help shape strategies that drive growth and customer engagement for industry-leading products. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, sales and projects, turning insights into action and supporting initiatives that influence healthcare professionals worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Support with tracking two major product launches from 2025, assist with phased product launch in 2026 and assist with preparing strategy and pre-launch checklist for 2027 & 2028 product launches.
- Collate, build and maintain market data.
- Partner with key stakeholders and groups including project engineers, sales force, sales managers, regulatory team, contracts & tender team, supply chain team and leverage from other business unit marketing teams.
- Assist in developing marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Support sales training programs and ensure accurate product promotion.
- Maintain product expertise to address technical inquiries and support pricing strategies.
- Monitor customer satisfaction trends and share insights with the sales team.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience (entry-level candidates welcome).
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
