The Team
The Global Marketing Analytics Team is an unbiased Center of Excellence for Marketing, setting coordinated and consistent global standards for how campaigns, dashboards, metrics, reporting dimensions, and data science analyses are created, maintained, and used at scale. We define the ground rules, processes, tools, and operating model ensuring cohesion across our highly distributed marketing organization. We also act as the bridge between the marketing business and technology partners to ensure tech solutions reflect marketing needs.
The Role
We're seeking a talented Marketing Operations Lead to join our Campaign Operations team under Global Marketing Analytics. This team sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who loves clean data, obsesses over "source of truth" reporting, and speaks both Marketing and Product. You will be responsible for defining how we measure data integrity, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring every launch is bug-free.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Operations & Project Leadership: Proactively identify areas of opportunity and independently lead full, large-scale cross-functional initiatives. You will manage project ambiguity and contribute directly to the team-level analytics roadmap and priorities.
Expert Marketing Acumen: Expert understanding of marketing analytics, the sales/marketing funnel, and campaign hierarchies, with the ability to identify new marketing opportunities based on data-driven insights.
Advanced Data Architecture & Technical Alignment: Lead major improvements to data quality, efficiency, and scalability by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. You will synthesize complex analytical findings into strict campaign requirements, especially when navigating conflicting requests from VP+ stakeholders.
Proactive Problem Solving: Strong capability to propose and execute new projects based on identified business gaps, cover team gaps, and implement organizational process improvements.
Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Influence: Partner directly with business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, demonstrate empathy, and facilitate cross-functional discussions to influence data-driven strategic decisions at the highest levels.
AI & Agent Integration: Integrate AI and Agent tools into standard project workflows to achieve measurable efficiency gains, and document and share these AI best practices with the broader team.
Team Mentorship: Act as a subject matter expert and proactively coach and mentor junior team members on analytical tools, campaign best practices, and communication standards.
Required Knowledge and Skills
5 - 7 years of experience in an analytical role
BS/BA degree in marketing, economics, sales, business analytics, business or equivalent related experience
Technical Writing: Mastery of the PRD format. You can define "If-This-Then-That" logic and edge cases with extreme clarity.
Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
Proficient in Tableau desktop or similar data visualization tool to parse large datasets.
Proficient data exploration and analysis skills.
Familiarity with marketing practices, marketing KPIs, marketing analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making, communicating in a comprehensible way across various levels of our organization.
Experienced with data storytelling using tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint; excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and project prioritization skills, operating in an unstructured environment.
Comfortable taking the initiative to develop solutions for unstructured problems and communicate the results to key internal customers.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce experience and product knowledge a plus
Marketing analytics and/or marketing operations experience a plus
Enterprise (B2B) marketing experience a plus.
