The Role
We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of analytics services professionals through our Analytics Development Program.
 
We believe in pushing high potential people to achieve excellence. Our program is specifically designed to provide a challenging environment to learn quickly and deliver value early, equipping you with the resources to drive your growth as a client service professional and future leader.  
 
Early in the program, you will collaborate with experienced team members on customer-facing engagements to help customers get the most value from Crossix. 
   
Our team bridges the gap between big data and business breakthroughs. We consult on the frameworks and insights that empower the world’s leading pharmaceutical brands to optimize their marketing ecosystems and deliver life-changing treatments more effectively.
  
The anticipated start date is July 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior team members to translate complex healthcare data into compelling, high-impact stories. You will be responsible for strategic recommendations that directly influence the multi-million dollar marketing investments of leading global life sciences brands.
  • Consult directly with media agencies and brand teams as an expert on the Crossix Measurement Suite, helping customers get the most value possible
  • Manage end-to-end client workstreams in a high-performance meritocracy, taking immediate ownership of deliverables while evolving into a future leader on the Crossix Services team.

REQUIREMENTS | We are looking for graduates who meet the following requirements:

  • Strategic Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate quantitative findings into qualitative business recommendations.
  • High Drive & Performance: A self-starter with a track record of excellence who thrives in an intense, challenging environment and is hungry for rapid professional growth.
  • Elite Communication: Ability to build strong relationships and present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, from technical analysts to senior executives.
  • Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 – 4.0 GPA, demonstrating the intellectual curiosity and work ethic necessary for a fast-paced consulting career.
  • Data Fluency: A natural comfort with data and analytics, coupled with the desire to use information to solve real-world healthcare challenges.
  • Located near New York City and able to work in the office 4 days/week

THE PROCESS | Our process is different from most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps:

    1. You submit your resume, short cover letter of questions, and take a personality test
    2. Within one week we will notify you via email if we would like to go to the next step or not
    3. The next step is a 60-minute job interview followed by a case exercise. You will have one week to prepare for the case exercise
    4. Within one week after this step, we will give you an offer or let you know that we do not wish to move forward
    5. You will have two weeks to accept our offer or not. If you accept, we will hold a spot for you and expect you to show up on your start date. Accepting an offer and continuing to interview for other roles would be an ethical violation in our view

Compensation

  • Starting base pay: $82,500
