Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences to help companies work in a more efficient and connected way. Learn more about our products, vision and values, and status as a public benefit corporation on our website.

Crossix is positioned at the center of big data, innovative technology, media, and life sciences.  Our mission is to empower life sciences companies with the data and insights they need to drive patient and provider marketing effectiveness and, ultimately, better patient outcomes.  As part of Veeva, the Crossix team offers the agility of a high-growth team with the stability of a global leader.

The Role

We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of analytics services professionals through our Analytics Development Program.

What this role is (and isn’t):

  • What it IS: A data-driven, customer-facing role where you'll work directly with media agencies and pharmaceutical brand teams.  You will use the Crossix Measurement Suite to help the world’s leading pharmaceutical brands optimize their marketing, ultimately helping them deliver life-changing treatments to patients more effectively.
  • What it IS NOT: This is not a sales role. You will not be cold-calling, hunting leads, or chasing sales quotas. It is also not a back-end technical programming position.
This role is part of Generation Veeva, and as such you can expect:
  • A “learn by doing” environment with challenging and impactful work, where you will be expected to learn quickly and deliver early
  • A collaborative work environment where you will work closely with many levels of our team, from other early-career professionals through senior leaders
  • Mentorship and continuous professional development opportunities, aiding in your immediate and long-term success at Veeva

The anticipated start date is July 2027.

The Analytics Development Program offers two distinct paths. Please review our other track, the Marketing Data Analyst role, to choose the best fit for your skills and interests.

We welcome you to apply to all roles that align with your skills and interests. See all open opportunities here: Generation Veeva Careers

What You'll Do

  • Translate Data into Strategy: Partner with experienced team members to translate complex healthcare data into compelling, high-impact stories. You will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations that directly influence the multi-million dollar marketing investments of leading global pharmaceutical brands.
  • Consult Directly with Clients: Serve as a strategic advisor to media agencies and pharma brand teams. You will quickly become an expert on the Crossix Measurement Suite, helping clients interpret their data, answer critical business questions, and maximize the value of our platform.
  • Own Your Deliverables: Manage end-to-end client workstreams. In our fast-paced environment where high-performance is rewarded, you will actively manage deliverables, solve real-world problems, and rapidly evolve into a future leader on the Crossix team.

REQUIREMENTS | We are looking for graduates who meet the following requirements:

  • Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate quantitative findings into qualitative business recommendations.
  • High Drive & Performance: A self-starter with a track record of excellence who thrives in a demanding and dynamic environment, and is hungry for rapid professional growth.
  • Consultative Communication & Storytelling: Ability to build strong, trusting client relationships and present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, from technical analysts to senior executives.
  • Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree (any major) with a 3.0 – 4.0 GPA, demonstrating the intellectual curiosity, time management, and work ethic necessary for a high-performance consulting career.
  • Experience Level: This role is designed for upcoming or recent graduates with 0–2 years of post-grad full-time work experience.
  • Location & Presence: You live within about a 45-60 minute commute of our NYC office (or plan to be by your start date) and look forward to collaborating with the team on-site 4 days a week.
  • Unwavering Integrity: Veeva is a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) and a “do the right thing” company. We hold ourselves to high ethical standards and expect honesty and integrity from every team member.

THE PROCESS | Our process is different from most. It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. Here are the steps:

  • Application & Assessment: You submit your resume, responses to a few short application questions, and complete a brief online assessment.
  • Application Response (Within 1 Week): We review every application thoroughly. Within about one week of submission, we will notify you via email whether we’d like to move you to the next stage.
  • Initial Interview: You will participate in a 60-minute job interview with a senior member of our team.
  • Case Interview: If we proceed following your initial interview, you will complete a strategic case exercise. You will be given one full week to prepare for the case.
  • Final Decision (Within 1 Week): Within about one week of completing your case exercise, we will either extend an official offer or let you know that we are not moving forward.
  • Your Decision (2 Weeks): If extended an offer, you will have two weeks to make your final decision. If you accept, we will hold a spot for you and expect you to show up on your start date. Accepting an offer and continuing to interview for other roles would be an ethical violation in our view.

Compensation

  • Starting base pay: $82,500

Work Authorization: Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Veeva does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT, or TN status) for this employment position.
