Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives derived from the category strategy, ensuring timely execution of the materials development plan and supporting commercial objectives through data-driven insights to identify trends to improve execution. This role operates within a Rare Disease, low-prevalence therapeutic area , where success depends on precision segmentation, cross-functional coordination, and rigorous compliance discipline as much as on classic marketing execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute portfolio action plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate the design, development, and approval of promotional materials in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Works closely with the sales team, proactively gathering field insights that are translated into actionable recommendations to improve marketing's tactical execution.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
- Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and performance metrics across stakeholders.
- Analyze digital data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to generate actionable insights for the marketing team.
- Align commercial activities with the digital marketing plan.
- Generate insights from market and sales analysis, including prescriber-level and institution-level data (public and private channel).
- Support the build and maintenance of brand prioritization tools (scoring models, tiering, tracking) used to guide field force and channel strategy.
- Apply AI-based tools to accelerate analysis, content drafting, and reporting workflows.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or related roles (relevant internship experience will also be considered).
- Proven experience applying AI tools (LLMs) to marketing projects is required.
- Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
