About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Integrated Insights & Strategy Analyst to join our team and own the data foundation that powers commercial decision-making across LATAM. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor data - from ingestion and cleaning to integration in Snowflake and orchestration of complex, fragmented data flows in DSS. Beyond maintaining reporting infrastructure, you will play a growing role in making our data AI-ready: structured, documented, and reliable enough to power not just dashboards, but the next generation of AI-driven analytics and agents that Pfizer is building toward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and research, to support business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Data management & stewardship
- Receive, clean, validate, and integrate vendor data audits and deliveries into Snowflake.
- Design, build, and maintain data flows in DSS connecting LATAM's multiple, highly fragmented data sources, contributing to how new sources are best integrated and existing flows can be optimized.
- Own data stewardship practices: define quality standards, traceability, and documentation for all data sources.
- Raise and follow up on data issues with vendors when inconsistencies or quality problems are identified.
- Build and maintain dashboards for reporting to different business areas and brands.
- Conduct assessments to identify opportunities to improve data management and DSS flows.
AI-readiness & advanced analytics
- Evaluate and redesign existing data flows with an "AI-ready" lens: clean structures, consistent metadata, and architectures that can be consumed directly by models and agents - not only by traditional BI tools.
- Support the exploration and early implementation of use cases where AI models or agents generate deeper insights and analysis from integrated data, beyond static reporting.
- Document data lineage and business context (data dictionaries, semantic layers) so datasets are interpretable by both humans and AI systems.
- Contribute to the evaluation of new AI tools and platforms applied to business analytics, assessing feasibility for the LATAM context.
- Partner with Pfizer's data governance team as a local point of contact while that operating model matures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms) and strong SQL skills.
- Experience designing or maintaining data pipelines/flows using Dataiku DSS (or similar orchestration tools such as dbt or Alteryx).
- Working knowledge of Python for data cleaning and automation.
- Proven ability to work with multiple fragmented data sources and reconcile them into an integrated model.
- Experience building reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete data.
- Genuine curiosity about how data architecture enables AI-driven analytics - for example, structuring data for consumption by AI models/agents, metadata and semantic layers, or exposure to LLM APIs and automation frameworks (not required to be a data scientist, but interest in this direction matters).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
How This Role Will Evolve
This role is designed to grow. Today, the majority of the time will be focused on stabilizing and maintaining data infrastructure. As data maturity increases the focus will progressively shift toward enabling AI-powered analytical solutions. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with that transition, not just execute the current state.
