Responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives derived from the category strategy, ensuring timely execution of the materials development plan and supporting commercial objectives through data-driven insights to identify trends, and improve strategy and execution. This process will run for 4 different positions in Specialty Care, Oncology & Vaccines.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute portfolio action plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate the design, development, and approval of promotional materials in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
- Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and performance metrics across stakeholders.
- Analyses digital data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to generate actionable insights for future strategies.
- Align commercial activities with the digital marketing plan (TMP plan).
- Conduct price and trend analysis to support competitive positioning.
- Oversee sampling processes and ensure accurate follow-up (if applies)
- Generate insights from market and sales analysis

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or related roles. (relevant internship experience will also be considered.)
- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking); advanced level preferred.
