Job Description:
• Main point of contact for all marketing related activities between IM and HPE. • Responsible for achieving revenue and profit goals within AIM
• Responsible for generating new business and solidifying existing business; collaborates with client services on marketing projects; develops overall client marketing strategy; builds strong client relationships; manages HPE and understands marketing trends; collaborates with client services in the development and execution of comprehensive vendor marketing plans
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Marketing Account Manager you are fully dedicated to and own the marketing relationship between Ingram Micro and HPE within your country. You work closely with your sales counterparts, including Vendor Business Managers and Market Development, to create strategic, data-driven marketing plans to grow the vendors’ share of wallet. You have an understanding of Ingram’s strategy and the vendors business objectives and strike a balance to achieve both. Your business acumen is strong, you stay up to date with category trends, and provide data to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing plans. You have a solid understanding of Agency Ingram Micro’s portfolio and actively promote programs and services. You build relationships within Agency Ingram Micro and work closely with Client Services to ensure timelines are met and plans are executed to achieve business outcomes.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Knowledge of: marketing, account management, technology or distribution. Understanding of Ingram Micro marketing programs, products and services. Possess excellent communication skills: written and verbal required. Moderate selling skills necessary to identify opportunities, position solutions and sell marketing plans. An understanding of business acumen and how marketing contributes to the bottom line. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility also required. Moderate understanding of marketing finance principles to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis. Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word required. Ability to: partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency, prioritize and perform work with some supervision. Able to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Must be able to manage revenue and profit goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) required, a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years previous marketing/sales experience (preferably in a related industry) or one year of technology or distribution experience in a sales.
