As a Market Manager within our Market Management organization, you will own a key portfolio of hotel and lodging partners in Thailand and help them win on Expedia Group’s global travel platforms.

You will use data, market insights, an understanding of the partner’s business, and trusted relationships to grow partner performance while ensuring travelers have access to attractive, competitive rates. This is a highly visible role where you shape local market strategy, influence partner success, and contribute directly to Expedia Group’s growth in the Thailand market.

In this role, you will

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with hotel and lodging partners in your territory, acting as a trusted consultant on revenue management, distribution, and marketing.

  • Optimize partner performance on Expedia Group sites by ensuring high-quality content, competitive rates, and strong availability to maximize traveler conversion.

  • Identify and secure targeted promotions, seasonal deals, and additional inventory over peak and compression periods to capture demand and support brand marketing initiatives.

  • Use data insights, partner reports, and competitive analysis to diagnose performance, recommend actions, and demonstrate the value of partnering with Expedia Group.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute market strategies and business initiatives, while representing Expedia Group with local tourism boards, associations, and other key influencers.

  • Travel 20–30% of the time to visit partners in market, deepen relationships, and drive results.

Experience and qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a closely related field.

  • Proficient in English and Thai, with the ability to clearly present ideas, influence stakeholders, and negotiate for win–win outcomes.

  • You bring a passion for travel, a data-driven mindset, and comfort working in a fast-changing, technology-led environment.

  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio, prioritize and multi-task, and consistently meet or exceed targets, goals, or strategic objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills using market trends, partner performance, and competitor data to identify opportunities and address partner needs.

  • Relationship builder with a growth mindset: you proactively seek feedback, coach others, and use Expedia Group’s tools and self-service solutions to help partners and colleagues succeed.
