What You'll Be DoingDrive Business Growth- Champion the growth of Mukuru's Insurance offering across assigned markets.
- Increase customer acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute market growth strategies.
- Enhance customer awareness by ensuring teams effectively communicate product benefits and features.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and optimize distribution channels.
- Research and identify new insurance and value-added service opportunities.
- Build business cases that support sustainable growth.
- Engage with potential partners and stakeholders to establish strategic relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support partnership development.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive accountability.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Customer Service, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity.
- Analyse customer needs and market dynamics to support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Assist with pricing reviews and commercial evaluations.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
