We are seeking a proactive and networking specialist to join our team as a Market Access Manager. In this role, you will drive access and sales together with a cross functional team of highly experienced professionals. This is a Field-based Market Access role focused on building strong relationships with HMOs and key healthcare stakeholders to secure formulary listings, support tender wins, expand access for current and future brands, and accelerate uptake of strategic products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead day-to-day engagement with HMOs and key decision-makers to strengthen strategic partnerships and enhance Sandoz's positioning within the healthcare ecosystem.
Drive formulary listings, access initiatives, and tender support activities to improve patient access, increase uptake of key brands, and expand commercial opportunities.
Build and maintain short- and long-term customer partnerships, identifying evolving needs and delivering tailored, value-based solutions.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to generate actionable insights and strengthen customer understanding.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply teams to ensure effective execution of market access strategies.
Support launch readiness activities and work to secure first-to-market launches, maximising access and commercial success for new brands.
Deliver dedicated field execution of Market Access activities in Israel, enhancing stakeholder engagement, market intelligence, and overall business performance.
Essential Requirements:
Extensive experience in regional market access and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare environment.
Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and bidding processes within HMOs.
Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, and project management skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based culture.
Ability to work independently while partnering closely with internal functions and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to analyse and assimilate complex information.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
