We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine Client Servicing team at Marsh Belgium. This role will be based in Antwerp. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Manage the day-to-day administrative support to the client-facing brokers.
working on the preparation of placements.
preparing the file regarding the policy, based on the information provided by the Placement team.
maintaining contact with clients to gather all documents needed for placement, preparing for renewal (collecting quotes, following up on questionnaires from/to clients).
Managing and preparing policies and relevant documents.
Preparing invoicing.
Communicate regularly with insurers.
Providing and coordinating internal and external services to the client by working closely with the technical and commercial departments.
Preparing policy summaries and manage certificate requests.
What you need to have:
Experience in a similar role at an insurance broker or insurer;
Language proficiency in English and (Dutch or French)
An analytical mind and can work smoothly with Excel.
