Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine Client Servicing team at Marsh Belgium. This role will be based in Antwerp. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative support to the client-facing brokers.

  • working on the preparation of placements.

  • preparing the file regarding the policy, based on the information provided by the Placement team.

  • maintaining contact with clients to gather all documents needed for placement, preparing for renewal (collecting quotes, following up on questionnaires from/to clients).

  • Managing and preparing policies and relevant documents.

  • Preparing invoicing.

  • Communicate regularly with insurers.

  • Providing and coordinating internal and external services to the client by working closely with the technical and commercial departments.

  • Preparing policy summaries and manage certificate requests.

What you need to have: 

  • Experience in a similar role at an insurance broker or insurer;

  • Language proficiency in English and (Dutch or French)

  • An analytical mind and can work smoothly with Excel.
