- 利用扎实的工艺技术知识与分析能力，负责新品的工艺技术路线规划、设备选型与验证、新技术引入、试制组织与推进、工艺参数确定与验证，以及工艺文件（如作业指导书、DMR、DHR）的建立、更新与培训。
- 确保新产品工艺开发顺利落地，持续输出质量稳定、产量可控且具备成本竞争力的制造方案。
- 主导产品的技术改进、工艺优化和效率提升工作；对工艺问题进行系统性分析、跟踪与改善，并持续推动产品质量提升。
- 积极协同跨部门团队推动工艺相关事项落地，具备良好的逻辑思维及风险管理意识，能够有效识别、预防和规避工艺管理中的潜在风险。
- 作为团队的技术资源，为经验较少的同事提供支持；能够领导低风险的小型项目，清晰传达技术信息，促进团队达成共识，并在必要时处理敏感工艺类议题。

- Bachelor's degree (engineering majors preferred)
- Process technology route planning and equipment selection/validation experience
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation (work instructions, DMR, DHR) and deliver training
- Experience driving process improvements and technical optimization to improve quality and efficiency
- Strong problem identification, root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Leadership ability to lead small teams or low-risk projects and mentor less experienced colleagues
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple manufacturing process tasks or projects simultaneously
