Job Description

角色与职责 | Roles & Responsibilities

制造工程岗位,要求本科学历(工科类专业优先)。

  • 利用扎实的工艺技术知识与分析能力,负责新品的工艺技术路线规划、设备选型与验证、新技术引入、试制组织与推进、工艺参数确定与验证,以及工艺文件(如作业指导书、DMR、DHR)的建立、更新与培训。
  • 确保新产品工艺开发顺利落地,持续输出质量稳定、产量可控且具备成本竞争力的制造方案。
  • 主导产品的技术改进、工艺优化和效率提升工作;对工艺问题进行系统性分析、跟踪与改善,并持续推动产品质量提升。
  • 积极协同跨部门团队推动工艺相关事项落地,具备良好的逻辑思维及风险管理意识,能够有效识别、预防和规避工艺管理中的潜在风险。
  • 作为团队的技术资源,为经验较少的同事提供支持;能够领导低风险的小型项目,清晰传达技术信息,促进团队达成共识,并在必要时处理敏感工艺类议题。

  • Process technology route planning and equipment selection/validation experience
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation (work instructions, DMR, DHR) and deliver training

  • Strong problem identification, root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
