The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Manufacturing Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Manufacturing management responsibility of all production activities in the plant.  Accountable for driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and other key operational metrics
  • Provide leadership for assigned operations by fostering cross-functional teamwork and communicating goals of the organization to employees
  • Develops and mentors all levels of the production supervision staff.  Drives operator engagement throughout the facility and encourages problem solving at all levels of the organization
  • Works to continuously enforce and improve daily tier processes, daily accountability boards, training, standard work, visual management and coaching.  Encourages plantwide participation in continuous improvement suggestion activities

 Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND seven (7) years of combined experience in Manufacturing and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government, or military environment. 
    OR
  • High School Diploma (completed and verified prior to start) AND eleven (11) years of combined experience in Manufacturing and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government, or military environment. 

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or other related field
  • Five (5) years’ experience in medical devices or related industry

Work location:

  • Onsite - Monrovia

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic / international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $163,200 - $224,400, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
