Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements and deliver scalable EWM solutions.

Develop and enhance coding edits for ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS, PFS, and DRG-related content within Audit Expert and the 360 platform. Analyze customer feedback, evaluate enhancement requests, ensure coding compliance and accuracy, and collaborate with consulting, audit, and support teams to improve product value.

Lead Solventum brand and communications initiatives across Latin America. Plan, execute, and measure branding campaigns, rebranding projects, digital content, and communication programs. Govern institutional digital channels, coordinate events and promotional activations, manage agencies and vendors, and oversee budgets, timelines, KPIs, and project delivery while adapting global strategies to regional needs.

Reviews and reconciles high-volume accounts receivable and order-entry exceptions, researches contractual billing details, resolves discrepancies, and supports accurate invoicing and timely payment. The role collaborates with Finance, customer service, contracts, and field teams while communicating with internal and external contacts. It requires independent judgment regarding contractual pricing, compliance with credit and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and medical collections experience.

Coordinates post-identification hiring activities across the Americas, including offer preparation, reference checks, background screenings, onboarding, candidate communication, and recruiting-system data maintenance.
