Salary Range: $60,966 - $85,694
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENT.

  • Provide on-going technical support for manufacturing operations after project installation.
  • Drive technical advancement, solving problems and unique challenges.
  • Contract specialty vendors, actively partnering with vendors to implement design specifications, install and or refurbish manufacturing and packaging technologies.
  • Identify and implement shop-floor continuous improvement (CI) projects.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (OEE, CI, Lean implementation) across the manufacturing function
  • Optimize equipment and process functionality
  • Drives cGMP compliant equipment design, will alter existing design using AutoCAD™
  • Implement control systems, PLC programming of highly automated manufacturing technologies

Skills Required

  • Experience with high-speed aseptic filling and packaging technologies
  • Knowledge of cGMP compliant equipment design and manufacturing practices
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD for equipment design modifications
  • Experience with PLC programming and implementation of control systems
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement experience (OEE, Lean, CI projects)
  • Ability to optimize equipment layout and process functionality
  • Experience managing/vendor contracting for equipment installation or refurbishment
  • Support manufacturing operations post-installation and troubleshoot technical issues
