Salary Range: $60,966 - $85,694

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENT.
- Provide on-going technical support for manufacturing operations after project installation.
- Drive technical advancement, solving problems and unique challenges.
- Contract specialty vendors, actively partnering with vendors to implement design specifications, install and or refurbish manufacturing and packaging technologies.
- Identify and implement shop-floor continuous improvement (CI) projects.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (OEE, CI, Lean implementation) across the manufacturing function
- Optimize equipment and process functionality
- Drives cGMP compliant equipment design, will alter existing design using AutoCAD™
- Implement control systems, PLC programming of highly automated manufacturing technologies

Skills Required
- Experience with high-speed aseptic filling and packaging technologies
- Knowledge of cGMP compliant equipment design and manufacturing practices
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for equipment design modifications
- Experience with PLC programming and implementation of control systems
- Demonstrated continuous improvement experience (OEE, Lean, CI projects)
- Ability to optimize equipment layout and process functionality
- Experience managing/vendor contracting for equipment installation or refurbishment
- Support manufacturing operations post-installation and troubleshoot technical issues
