In this role, you will partner closely with operations, maintenance, EHS, and engineering teams to support day-to-day manufacturing performance while leading process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will play a key role in defect reduction, scrap reduction, and driving data-based decisions to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes that meet current and future customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day manufacturing operations for CT Detector Pack manufacturing lines, including defect resolution, root cause analysis, and yield improvement
Drive process capability growth to meet future customer demand while simplifying and standardizing manufacturing processes
Lead early defect detection efforts by identifying, acquiring, and controlling critical process inputs (critical X’s) to ensure stable outputs
Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to develop and optimize process parameters
Coordinate fabrication of parts and support commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing and test equipment
Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Partner closely with production teams, maintenance, EHS, and engineering to implement corrective and preventive actions
Support OEE tracking, scrap reduction initiatives, and 5S activities
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma tools
Prior experience in machining, mechanical manufacturing, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
Experience supporting high-volume or precision manufacturing processes
Demonstrated experience with process improvement, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and data-driven decision making
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
