Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Aguascalientes

The Manufacturing Engineer role involves covering Engineering requirements to prepare the Manufacturing process instruction, Flow Chart, Lay Out, identifying the BOM Make/Buy required to build the product and work with customer on the quality requirements to meet customer expectations.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.
  • Design’s manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
  • Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
  • Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
  • Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request.
  • Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
  • Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Intermediate English
  • Typically requires a bachelor´s or engineering degree.
  • Use of the following tools may be required: CAD, Robot and PLC programming and other automation components.
  • Testing: Oscilloscope, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer. Inspection: bareboard, systems, component needs and work toward them.
  • Normally receives general instruction on routine work but can work independently, and in some cases may supervise / oversee others.
