- Support LeanChecks: Ensure that the new manufacturing concepts consider all CBS guidelines (LCA, Lean investment, Flow, etc.) through the coordination and execution of workshops and projects.
Identify and develop high impact Continuous Improvement projects - Structure Problem Solving (A3)
- Idea management (CIM)
- Motivate people to implement Lean Management in their area of responsibility
- Coordinate and report the savings measures generated in your BA or Department.
- Promote continuous improvement of current manufacturing concepts for the implementation of LM principles and methods
- Ensure that the improvement projects that are being worked on in its area of influence are aligned with the general strategy of the plant
- Bachelor's degree: Engineering
- 2 - 3 years experience in similar position
