In this role, you will partner closely with operations, maintenance, safety, and engineering teams to support day-to-day manufacturing performance while leading process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will play a key role in defect reduction, scrap reduction, and driving data-based decisions to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes that meet current and future customer demand.

- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations for CT detector PACK manufacturing lines, including defect resolution, root cause analysis, and yield improvement
- Drive process capability growth to meet future customer demand while simplifying and standardizing manufacturing processes
- Lead early defect detection efforts by identifying, acquiring, and controlling critical process inputs (critical X’s) to ensure stable outputs
- Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to develop and optimize process parameters
- Coordinate fabrication of parts and support commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing and test equipment
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Partner closely with production teams, maintenance, safety, and engineering to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support OEE tracking, scrap reduction initiatives, and 5S activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma tools
- Prior experience in machining, mechanical manufacturing, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting high-volume or precision manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
