Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This role focuses on continuous improvement, process standardization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer requirements.

About your role

  • Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production systems.

  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and process readiness.

  • Evaluate and optimize equipment, tooling, and layouts to maximize productivity and reduce waste.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standards.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead or support projects related to automation, cost reduction, and process innovation.

  • Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve performance in quality, delivery, and cost.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments (preferably electronics, automotive, or similar industries).

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and production systems.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools.

  • Familiarity with NPI, tooling, and production line setup.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different teams.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
