RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting process engineers in developing and optimizing machining technologies (turning, milling, drilling, etc.).
- Participating in the preparation of process documentation: work instructions, control plans, tool cards.
- Analyzing cutting parameters, tools, and cycle times under the supervision of experienced engineers.
- Collecting and organizing data required for analyses (CNC machine parameters, tool wear, scrap, operation times).
- Assisting in creating or updating CAD/CAM models.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Field of study: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related disciplines (students or recent graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of machining processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand dimensional and geometric tolerances.
- Basic understanding of cutting parameters, tool geometry, and materials.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software – a strong advantage.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a production team.
- Analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
- Education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field
