Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Support system integration, manufacturing builds, and production ramp of HV power supply subsystems
- Troubleshoot HV issues (arcing, leakage, instability, insulation breakdown) and drive root cause analysis
- Execute validation and qualification testing (functional, HV safety, insulation tests)
- Drive resolution of production and field issues; improve yield and reliability
- Interface with suppliers on HV components; support qualification, issue resolution, and design changes
- Support ECO/ECN activities and product sustaining initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HV safety standards and internal requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Systems, Manufacturing, Field Service)
