Imagine being the last checkpoint before autonomous systems go from development to reality. As a Manual Tester at Destinus, you will work directly with cutting-edge drone software, validating releases, identifying issues, and helping engineering teams improve reliability in fast-moving development cycles. This is not a repetitive click-through testing role. You will be hands-on with software setup, system configuration, troubleshooting, and real-world testing environments where attention to detail matters.

At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. • Identify crashes, bugs, and unexpected behaviors during testing cycles
  • Collect logs, reproduce issues, and provide clear feedback to engineering teams
  • Configure software environments using command line tools and manual configuration file edits
  • Support continuous testing loops by validating fixes and retesting updated builds
  • Collaborate closely with developers and drone operators to improve software reliability and usability

Requirements

You enjoy figuring things out when systems do not work as expected. You are curious, hands-on, and comfortable working in environments where software evolves quickly and testing is part investigation, part experimentation. You like understanding how things work under the hood, whether that means troubleshooting installations, reading logs, or testing drones in real operational scenarios. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and thrive in teams pushing technology forward at high speed.

  • Experience with flying UAV’s/Drones
  • Experience with manual software testing or technical troubleshooting
  • Confidence working with command line interfaces and editing configuration files
  • Technical proficiency for launching binaries, checking logs, and diagnosing crashes
  • Comfortable installing and configuring software in non-standard environments
