Work directly with the Chief Business & Brand Officer to drive strategic projects across business development, brand, communications, partnerships, and external positioning. Manage day-to-day operations of the Sofia office, including reception, inventory, vendor and landlord relations, meeting logistics, onboarding support, office upkeep, compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and other Office Managers to maintain consistent standards.

Lead end-to-end technical ownership of major UAV subsystems: define requirements, drive design and prototyping, oversee integration, testing and flight qualification, lead anomaly investigations, and manage delivery timelines while mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
