The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, People - Operations, you will lead HR support for our fulfillment center staff. You will lead a team of Employee Engagement Partners, support our fulfillment center, and partner with the Operations organization and HR COE’s to ensure delivery of daily HR activity. You will also ensure that local needs and insights are translated and inform team of HR Center of Excellence programs. You will also support the customization and delivery of HR solutions and interventions. 

  • This position in onsite at our Florence, SC location.

Your Impact

  • Provide employee experience insights to HR Center of Excellence (COEs) and other business (IT, CREWS etc) to champion culture.

  • Educate staff on information and signposting to relevant COE contacts, that escalates and delegates work to relevant teams.

  • Provide local market insights and perspectives to Operations or HR leadership for long-term and short-term strategies.

  • Overseeing the Engagement Partners, ensure initial diagnostic level guidance to business leaders, engaging HR COE teams. 

  • Review attendance of regular senior manager meetings and Manager 121’s, to provide coaching to Managers, and to support in the prioritization and delivery of an engaging employee experience. 

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies to maintain compliance.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years experience using HR metrics to create and interpret HR reports, and using data to improve policies

  • 5+ years experience using employment laws and regulations, including OSHA regulations and compliance.

  • 5+ years experience leading employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

  • 3+ years experience with HR Management

  • 3+ years experience with HR project management.

  • Experience in a high volume environment.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or relevant field preferred.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
