THE ROLE: Senior People HRIS Operations Analyst
We’re looking for…
The Senior People Operations Analyst is a key player in supporting and optimizing our people processes, systems, and analytics. This role is responsible for managing the backend of the UKG system, driving HR automation and reporting projects, and supporting key HR functions. The Senior People Operations Analyst works cross-functionally with HR Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and external partners to ensure smooth people operations and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- HRIS Management & Optimization: Administer and configure UKG, including platform setup, business rules, and security settings. Ensure system efficiency and support HR operations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders (HR Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.) and analyze data to drive insights.
- System Enhancements & Automation: Lead UKG system upgrades, automation projects, and process optimizations.
- Data Integrity & Audits: Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy of employee records and system data.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, HR, Recruiting, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
- Compensation Assistance: Support compensation benchmarking, assist with compensation planning, and lead merit-based processes.
- Engagement & Survey Management: Lead the creation, distribution, and analysis of the employee engagement survey in UKG, and support the development of leadership decks and departmental insights.
- Process Improvement & Documentation: Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes, update UKG instruction guides, and streamline system workflows for greater efficiency.
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple people operations projects, including overseeing the HRIS strategy and long-term roadmap.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a related field, with a strong focus on HRIS systems (preferably UKG).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in UKG (Core, Onboarding, Compensation Management, etc.), Excel, and HR reporting tools. Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proven experience leading and managing multiple projects, particularly those involving system enhancements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve system issues.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data management, reporting and process execution.

Expected Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
