Duration: 12 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position upon successful completion of the program)

Job Qualifications
You are the ideal candidate if you can answer "YES" to the following questions:
Are you a 4th or 5th-year student at a Technical University (in fields such as Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines), or have you graduated within the last 12 months?
Are you fluent in Polish?
Are you proficient in English?
Do you possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills?
Are you skilled in problem-solving, with a systematic approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, and flexibility?
Are you open and motivated to gain new knowledge as an engineer and manager?
