Job description
- Initiate, facilitate, and lead end‑to‑end business process mapping and review workshops to assess current sales and operational workflows and identify digitalization opportunities.
- Conduct detailed analysis of concept notes shared by business stakeholders and convert them into clear, structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional business teams to capture business scenarios, ROI/payback calculations, exception cases, operational challenges, and user requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for CRM/ERP or other digital platforms after considering vertical & horizontal integration
- Evaluate existing processes for inefficiencies, manual touchpoints, and compliance gaps, and recommend process enhancements or automation opportunities.
- Support solution design by working alongside technical teams, ensuring that proposed digital solutions align with business objectives and fit the intended process flow.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sign‑off cycles with business users, process owners, and IT teams.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, assisting users during execution, and validating defect resolutions.
- Drive change management efforts by training users, explaining new digital processes, and ensuring adoption of updated workflows and systems.
- Monitor post‑implementation performance and utilization, gather user feedback, and work with stakeholders to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Explore usage of new age technologies like AI/ML, Analytics etc. to make the business processes more convinient, flexible & Agile
Qualification and experience
B.E. (Mech) with experience in sales for 3-5 years. Should have flair for digital technologies
