Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Workplace Operations across the CEEMEA region, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with global standards and local business needs.

  • Drive the regional execution of global Workplace Operations priorities in close
    collaboration with the Workplace Operations Leadership Team, securing alignment and adoption across all locations.

  • Provide strong and caring leadership to the regional Workplace Operations team, with a focus on well-being, engagement, development, and accountability.

  • Ensure operational excellence across all offices by balancing day-to-day delivery with continuous improvement of service delivery models, operational standards, and ways of working, with a strong focus on workplace experience.

  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to enable a people-focused and business-aligned workplace through strong collaboration and stakeholder management.

  • Ensure alignment between operational delivery and financial performance in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with global Workplace Operations colleagues to contribute to global standards, share best practices, and support a joined-up global approach.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings strong people leader experience, with the ability to lead, develop and engage teams across locations, including remote leadership. In addition, you show proven experience in managing Workplace Operations within a complex, international organization. Furthermore, we are looking for:

  • Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and collaborate
    effectively across a diverse stakeholder landscape

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly and adapt communication to different audiences

  • Operational understanding, including experience with budgeting, financial follow-up, and performance management

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance business and employees need and expectations
     

This role requires some travel – up to 30 days yearly.

• Lead a team of facility professionals • Can work independently with advanced knowledge, tasks are assigned with limited or no explanation • Handling conflicts in negotiation with some guidance • May manage ad-hoc projects or processes with support from senior colleagues
