Your Impact
The Manager, Web Development and Design manages DISCO's web publishing and optimization initiatives including design, roadmap, and development. They enable and manage a global team of developers and designers to deliver a high performing and frictionless web experience. They inspire and foster a culture of testing and data-driven optimization to maximize website conversion.
What You'll Do

  • Website Design and Development: Conceptualizes designs, creates wireframes, ideates and documents user flows. Develops and maintains website style guides, design systems, and documentation ensuring consistent brand representation and development processes. Leads the design, development, and publishing processes for csdisco.com and develops roadmaps for continuous website improvements. Experience working with APIs and/or Webhooks
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Acts as the resident expert in website performance metrics, communicates website performance insights to a broad set of stakeholders. Leads A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance website performance and user engagement. Optimizes csdisco.com for engagement and frictionless lead generation.
  • Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and execute the overall web strategy. Oversees quality assurance of website experiences, integrations, and data capture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Operations, Brand, and other functional teams to build a world-class website experience.
  • Team Management: Manages a team of web designers and developers; mentors and guides team members for their professional growth

Who You Are

  • Experience in a B2B environment or technology sector is a plus
  • 5+ years experience designing and developing websites
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Webflow
  • Advanced expertise in responsive web design and UX best practices
  • Expert knowledge of web tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, AB Tasty, and CMS
