Uses performance analytics to improve ramp time, win rates, deal cycles, and rep productivity. Manages and develops the enablement team while partnering with cross-functional leaders and presenting business impact to executives.

The Senior FP&A Analyst leads annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-term planning, and financial model consolidation. They analyze performance trends, variances, KPIs, pipeline, revenue outlooks, and sales efficiency, delivering executive dashboards and actionable insights.
