DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PARTNER MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to support Banca Head in the areas of services, operations, product, projects, new initiatives to drive the business development strategies and execution per agreed plans with the bank.
- To coordinate with Strategy team on the Annual Strategies Plans, ad-hoc plans with the Partner, mutually lead the execution of those strategies internal and external, ensure achieving good business results.
- Assist Banca Head in obtaining market intelligence information to formulate strategies.
- Review business processes and implement new initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency for the partnership.
- Build strong relationships with partner’s business functions on aiming to activate, build up and maintain a fruitful business relationship with the Partner in solid manner.
- To execute the protocol and meetings with the partner in BAU activities, in coordination with strategy to operate Working Committees, Co-working team meetings with partner and internal in regular timeline.
- Supervise Banca Sales Admin to support internal sales activities:
- Quarterly and monthly reporting on sales activities plans, promotion/demotion/MOC, sales structures, plan of business trip for SM+, other consolidations for sales team to work with internal departments, etc
- Monthly manage other administrative tasks: air tickets, taxi card, accommodations arrangement for SM+ trip, etc.
- Daily proceed payments, invoices, clear cash advance, monthly accrual budget for SM+
- Other duties assigned by the Head of Bancassurance
RECRUITMENT
- In charge of the entire recruitment life cycle of sourcing, identification, interview preparation and closing process for Partnership Distribution (PD) Sales Channels
- Act as strategic contact point for assigned projects, perform analysis of hiring needs and provide hiring forecast strategies of Sales Channel, drive and support effective staffing to meet business requirements.
- Monitor recruitment plan and keep track, verify recruitment requests from sales team.
- Design, plan and execute sourcing & employer branding activities (referral programs, job sites, career fair, BOP, recruitment campaigns)
- Work strongly with related department to optimize the selection, onboarding process & improve candidate experience.
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention, coordinate with training to improve sales capacity & engagement.
- Oversee recruitment team to work and collaborate effectively, hands-on support and guide the team on daily issues and supervise performance.
- Accountable for key reports/metrics related to headcount, hiring, attrition, budget.
- Ad-hoc projects/ assignments/ tasks required from Head of Bancassurance
C. JOB SPECIFICATION
EDUCATION / TRAINING
- A good bachelor’s degree, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce…
- Language proficiency: Communication
- Fluently in English (both verbal and written).
2. PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION
- Preferably obtain some basic life insurance qualifications
- Bachelor in HR or related fields

4. EXPERIENCE
- Work in Insurance / or Banking Industry/or Financial Markets for at least 5 years.
- Relationship Management, Account Management, Operation, Sales and Services Management experience
- At least 3 years of full cycle of Recruitment experience with proven track record in Services/Banking/Insurance or Finance industry
- Proficient in recruitment best practices with organizations with high demands of recruitment
5. COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
- Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other designing software
6. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Internal:
- Within Sales - PD departments and with other departments, namely Actuarial, IT, Finance, Legal and Compliance, Corp Services, Marketing, New Business, Customer Service, Claim etc.
External:
- Bank Partner/ Other business partners.
- Potential new business partners
- Recruitment partners/ vendors
