You'll be responsible for talent acquisition events and outreach, ensuring a seamless candidate experience across the board. Here's what that entails:

  • Leading Cox's talent acquisition events team, aligning outreach with hiring and brand needs.
  • Ensuring accountability and follow-up from conferences and events.
  • Partnering with various internal partners (including marketing, corporate social responsibility and Cox's Center for Inclusion) to help deliver effective materials for recruiting top talent.
  • Overseeing conference/event selection, negotiation, budget, staffing and materials.
  • Implementing process improvements based on trends, results and best practices.
  • Communicating recommendations, driving consensus and garnering support through exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills.



You're an influential leader who knows how to bring people together and build relationships. Here's what else you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in talent acquisition. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 years' experience or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • 1+ year of experience in a management or lead role.
  • 4+ years of recruitment event experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, research and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite to build senior-level presentations and materials.



  • 4+ years of experience with employment brand marketing.



USD 97,100.00 - 161,800.00 per year

Compensation includes a base salary of $97,100.00 - $161,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
