The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role: 

 The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead our enterprise talent acquisition function.  This is a hands-on leadership role requiring direct ownership of senior-level and hard-to-fill searches while refining the infrastructure, standards, and team capability needed to scale as the company grows.   

This person will bring a strategic approach to obtain talent into the organization.  The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent, fosters a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and candidate and new hire experience. This individual will lead a team of three Talent Acquisition Specialists as well as managing external partners.   This role reports directly to the Chief HR Officer and will be Hybrid at our Deerfield, IL office.

What You’ll Do at Justrite: 

  • Lead the full life-cycle recruitment process, from research and sourcing through offer and acceptance, with both active and passive candidates  
  • Manage relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR Managers to understand staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategy to fill roles timely  
  • Conduct direct searches and build a strong network of senior level talent pool 
  • Coach, develop and manage Talent Acquisition team members to ensure consistent and effective execution of fulfilling roles. Providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth 
  • Lead by example in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive talent sourcing within the team 
  • Lead or oversee talent acquisition related projects and initiatives 
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with candidates regarding employment terms, compensation packages, and contracts to secure top talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws 
  • Manage sourcing efforts across social media platforms, job boards, cold calling campaigns, and research activities to generate a robust pool of qualified candidates 
  • Coordinate interview processes by training hiring teams on interviewing best practices, evaluating candidate fit through behavioral and technical assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience 
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, obtaining necessary approvals 
  • Track and monitor recruitment metrics to measure success of hiring, source of hiring etc.  Develop & Implement counter measures when searches are off track 
  • Benchmark our talent acquisition practices against industry competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation 
  • Oversight and accountability for the data management of the applicant process 
  • Manage search firm contracts and relationships 
  • Manage recruiting budget

Your Skills and Expertise: 

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: 

  • 8+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, 2+ years managing a team 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Demonstrated expertise in executive recruiting  
  • Experience recruiting internationally a plus 
  • Proven ability to partner with the business to match talent to organizational strategies  
  • Demonstrated experience leading talent acquisition in a decentralized and matrixed organization 
  • Experience using an ATS, expert using key job boards and social avenues to obtain talent 
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, particularly relating to candidate experience & employer brand 

Compensation: 

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000. 

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.   Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
