Leads Justrite’s end-to-end EMEA supply chain strategy across sourcing, S&OP/IBP, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and network strategy. The role manages regional KPIs, digital and analytics improvements, continuous improvement initiatives, and multi-site organizational development while balancing customer service, cost, capacity, working capital, and supply resilience.

Manages product quality on the manufacturing floor for metal fabrication and welding operations. Responsibilities include inspecting production parts, addressing discrepancies, maintaining QA documentation and ISO 9001 certification, managing calibration systems, resolving customer and supplier quality issues, reviewing PPAP submissions, coordinating engineering changes, and supervising QA staff. The role works closely with engineering, production, purchasing, customer service, and external inspectors to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
