What you are going to do
We are seeking an inspiring leader who fosters client relationships through collaboration and brings proven experience in People Management and Talent Acquisition for both contingent and permanent recruitment. Additionally, you have the ability to lead Change Management initiatives alongside managing day-to-day operations.
As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading your team (approximately 15-20 FTE) and optimising Talent Acquisition as a whole, creating an engaging and motivating environment that places the client at the centre. To truly elevate the team, you will need to gain insight into the various business units of NN, enabling you to deliver on our key goals: identifying, attracting, selecting, and onboarding employees to meet our organisation’s current and future needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring market developments, anticipating future labour market trends, and providing direction by developing and enhancing processes and tools to improve hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Continuously monitoring key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvements aimed at increasing departmental efficiency and client satisfaction
Executing the strategic agenda and projects in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition management team
Actively building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, such as HR directors across the business units
Providing effective and proactive people management by offering valuable feedback, coaching, supporting development, and clearly communicating the overall HR direction

You will recognise yourself in the following profile:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
At least 5 years’ experience managing complex recruitment and/or external hiring teams, preferably within an international environment
Strong client focus, with a proven track record of optimising Talent Acquisition services and processes
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement change initiatives effectively
A keen interest in technology, market trends, and data analysis, working closely with specialists to elevate team performance
Fluent in both English and Dutch, spoken and written
