Manager, Tainan Metallization & Probe Operations

We want a practical engineering leader experienced in semiconductors and project management from Startup through High-Volume Excellence. Manage full-cycle operations at the Tainan facility, ensuring effective coordination between Metallization, Probe, Warehouse, and Quality systems to support quick startup, structured ramp, and consistent high-volume manufacturing. Maintain strong operational results, system management, and adherence to quality standards in every function.
Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities in Metallization, Probe, Warehouse, and Quality systems
• Ensure flawless execution of fast startup and disciplined ramp to high-volume manufacturing
• Establish and maintain system monitoring and quality standards across all functions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and strategic objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in semiconductor and project coordination
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to promote comprehensive operational excellence
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively develop and uphold quality governance and system capability
