Responsibilities and Tasks:• Establish and improve process conditions and technology.• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs.• Establish and modify process management projects.• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials.• Conduct abnormal analysis and implement improvements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process solutions.• Train and mentor team members to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment.• Monitor and enforce strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
