KBR is seeking a Manager of Strategic Alliances for the Science & Space (S&S) organization. The Manager of Strategic Alliances will report to the Sr Director for Business Development for S&S and oversees the strategic cloud and technology alliances for S&S federal government pursuits.

Responsibilities include owning the channel sales and co-sell motion, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue. This includes oversight of partner opportunity management processes, tracking and reporting on alliance performance, funding return on investment, and growth outcomes. The Manager of Strategic Alliances will enable partner-led deal shaping, solution alignment, executive engagement, and collaborate with other business development and capture managers to increase deal size, speed, and probability of win.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, or a technical degree- 5+ yrs minimum experience.

• Demonstrated successes reflecting the ability to grow the business

• Strong skill in all forms of business communication – verbal, writing and executive presence

• Familiarity and experience managing the pipeline and utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce

• Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and government leaders at all levels, and to provide leadership within the workplace

• Demonstrated ability and interpersonal skills to work with Executives and lead teams

• Demonstrated experience managing cloud or technology partnerships in a large enterprise or federal services environment

• Proven success driving partner‑sourced or partner‑influenced revenue

• Strong understanding of cloud alliance ecosystems, including funding and incentive programs

• Ability to operate with ambiguity and influence across complex organizations

Basic Compensation:

$145,000-$217,500

The offered rate will be based on contract affordability and the selected candidate's working location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
