What’s the Opportunity 

AssetWatch is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Partnerships Manager to drive ecosystem-led growth and revenue acceleration. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to activate high-impact partnerships that generate pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and expand customer value. 

You will own the development and execution of joint partner strategies, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders while delivering measurable business outcomes. 

 This role is located in the United States. 

Ecosystem Activation & Revenue Growth 

  • Enable go-to-market teams (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success) to successfully execute partner-driven revenue motions 
  • Operate as a fully embedded partner to sales, participating in pipeline reviews, account planning, and quarterly business reviews 
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic partners, including defined revenue targets, KPIs, and shared success metrics 
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that increase pipeline generation, accelerate deal progression, and improve customer adoption through partner engagement 

Partner Programs & Operational Excellence 

  • Partner with leadership to build scalable frameworks for partner engagement, including governance models, playbooks, and operating rhythms 
  • Lead joint marketing initiatives such as co-branded campaigns, field events, and demand generation programs with partners 
  • Ensure alignment across product, customer success, and operations to deliver a seamless partner and customer experience 
  • Standardize processes that improve consistency, predictability, and scalability of partner-led motions 

Performance Management & Strategic Insights 

  • Track and analyze partnership performance across pipeline contribution, revenue impact, partner engagement, and execution effectiveness 
  • Identify risks, remove obstacles, and continuously optimize partner strategies to maximize outcomes 
  • Translate insights from partners and the field into actionable recommendations for product, GTM strategy, and customer experience improvements 

Executive Engagement & Market Representation 

  • Serve as a key representative of the company within partner ecosystems, including executive briefings, industry events, and strategic planning sessions 
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders to influence joint priorities and long-term growth 
  • Advocate for the company’s vision and value proposition within strategic alliances and broader market conversations 

Qualifications 

  • 8–12+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, channel, or ecosystem development within enterprise technology 
  • Proven success driving revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions 
  • Experience working within cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud), including co-selling, marketplace motions, and partner alignment 
  • Background in SaaS, industrial technology, manufacturing, IoT, or AI-driven solutions 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships that deliver measurable, multi-quarter revenue impact 
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally 
  • Deep cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align sales, marketing, product, and operations 
  • Program-building mindset with experience developing repeatable frameworks and scalable processes 
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making 
  • Ownership mentality with a bias toward action, accountability, and results

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States and Ontario, Canada. Collaboration within core working hours is required.
