About Your Business Area/Department:
As part of Amadeus Travel Distribution - Customer Operation unit, Standard Implementation contributes to Amadeus customer journey, from their onboarding to daily usage, by implementing Amadeus essential access rights and products aiming to maximize customer success. · Summary of the role:
The Standard implementation Associate Manager will be leading a regional team in charge of the product activation / implementation support primarily for the Americas region but also supporting the global support team in a follow the sun model. The manager will be a key stakeholder for the region as he will represent the organization with commercial teams and customers to provide the best customer experience.
In this role you’ll:
- Manages a team of Staff employees and be accountable for their performance and results
- Successfully deliver against the backlog, meeting established targets.
- Balance team workloads effectively to optimize operational efficiency.
- Encourage the exchange and distribution of knowledge among team members to enhance collaboration and skills transfer.
- Guarantee that tailored solutions or services meet customer specified requirements.
- Establish key performance metrics to measure services delivered and organizational performance. Define appropriate threshold values to indicate successful team activities.
- Maintain high Net Promoter Score for services provided.
- Execute operations within the allocated manpower budget and cost envelope.
About the ideal candidate:
- University degree
- 3 years + of experience in people management experience, in multi-cultural environment
- Travel Industry, Implementation/Delivery management or Product management experience would be a plus
Technical Competencies:
- Microsoft Office (Excel advanced knowledges), Confluence, Sharepoint
- Amadeus functional and technical knowledge would be a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Active listening and managed by influence,
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Analytics skills and development concept understanding
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish
